1. Unhappy with Your Purchase?
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected]. Include a clear photo of the product and a brief description of your concern. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Note: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to assist.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know immediately. Attach photos showing the issue, such as missing parts or visible flaws. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.
Important: This policy covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes damage from accidents, improper handling, wear and tear, or post-purchase modifications.
3. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order details. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a refund or replacement.
Note: Claims must be submitted within 2 months of placing the order. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
4. Refund Processing

- PayPal: 3–5 business days
